Guidant Power provides best-in-class electrical safety solutions, and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within large, multi-site corporate accounts across North America. This role involves identifying and securing new clients, building account strategies, and leading complex sales cycles while serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new multi-site corporate clients with significant long-term revenue potential
- Build and execute account strategies that align client needs with Guidant’s services
- Lead sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (EHS, Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, Legal, etc.)
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- Clearly communicate the value and technical aspects of Arc Flash Studies, Thermography, and Electrical Safety Training
- Partner with engineering, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure successful service implementation
- Conduct regular business reviews, measure satisfaction, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Stay informed on regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitor activity to position Guidant as the preferred partner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, EHS, Business or related technical field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally with large industrial or manufacturing clients
- Strong understanding of facility operations, safety and maintenance regulations (NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, OSHA, etc.), and technical safety services
- Experience managing complex accounts with long sales cycles and high contract values
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel as needed (~25–40%)
