Clinical Product Specialist - U.S.

EyeControl is a personalized, adaptive communication platform for patients in intensive care. They are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to support hospital teams and ensure successful implementations of their innovative medical technology.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Implementation - Lead and support on-site implementations in hospitals, ensuring smooth integration into ICU workflows and daily routines
• Training & Adoption - Deliver hands-on training to clinical staff, helping teams confidently incorporate the platform into patient care
• Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, therapists, and hospital leadership, serving as a trusted clinical partner on-site
• Field Support & Feedback - Provide first-line technical support, assist with troubleshooting, and collect feedback from clinical teams to inform product improvements
• Clinical Pilots & Studies - Support pilots and clinical studies, working closely with hospital partners and internal teams
