Full Stack Software Engineer 5 - Member Experience Core Systems

Netflix is a company dedicated to entertaining the world by pushing the boundaries of storytelling and technology. The Full Stack Software Engineer will work in the Member Experience Core Systems organization to develop tools that enhance the developer experience and support studio partners, focusing on high-scale distributed systems and ML-driven personalization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement debugging tools for their services
• Enhance our user interfaces to provide intuitive and seamless experiences for engineers, incorporating feedback and best practices to improve usability and adoption
• Incorporate GenAI tools to enhance developer productivity by automating repetitive tasks

Requirements:

• You have strong expertise with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React/Typescript)
• You have experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g. Java/Python/Go)
• You have experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
• You proactively communicate with cross-functional (such as product and UX) teams to drive projects
• You have a BS/MS in Computer Science, Applied Math, Engineering, or a related field
• You have experience working with teams distributed across multiple time zones
• You have experience with the latest GenAI stack (LLMs, RAG, Agents/Tools)
• You have experience building distributed backend systems
• You have experience building enterprise level tools
