Product Manager

Bobyard is automating construction takeoff with AI, transforming a critical industry process. They are seeking a product leader who will own the product roadmap and drive the development of innovative solutions in construction technology.

Responsibilities:

• Live in customer workflows: Get in the field with estimators, PMs, and GCs. Understand the job better than they can articulate it
• Shape vision & roadmap: Decide what we build, what we kill, and how we win. Turn market chaos into a product that feels inevitable
• Create, iterate, and validate new products: Own 0 → 1. From napkin to revenue. Test, ship, learn, repeat
• Execute with engineering and UI/UX: No handoffs. You’re in the details — specs, Figma, code reviews, user calls
• Communicate vision with marketing & sales: Make the market believe. Arm GTM to sell what we build and shape the category
