The Software Engineer will design, develop, and enhance back-end systems to support Polymr’s mission of revolutionizing manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance back-end systems and workflows
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Implementing scalable software solutions
- Programming with best practices
- Optimizing systems for performance and reliability
- Working closely with ERP integrations
- Data synchronization
- Dynamic decision-making models to improve operational efficiencies
Requirements:
- A strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and systems design
- Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques
- Experience building scalable and efficient codebases for complex systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and across functional domains
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with industrial systems like ERP/MRP is a plus
