Savance is a SaaS technology company specializing in Visitor Management and Emergency Mustering solutions. They are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to develop and execute strategic account plans focused on selling complex SaaS solutions and managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on selling complex SaaS solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business, security, and operational needs
- Position Savance’s Visitor Management and Emergency Mustering SaaS platform as a fully integrated, customizable solution
- Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate value, integrations, and configurability
- Manage the full SaaS sales cycle including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and close
- Collaborate closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns and pre-event strategies
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate solution design and customer expectations
- Represent Savance at trade shows and industry events
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions
- Experience selling complex, configurable, or integrated software platforms
- Strong CRM experience required; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle, consultative B2B sales processes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Ability to work remotely 40 hours per week
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling enterprise, security, safety, or operational software is a plus
