Software Engineer 2 - Cloud Networking

Nutanix is a leader in enterprise cloud technology, seeking talented software developers for their Software Defined Security product, Nutanix Flow. The role involves developing a world-class Software-Defined Networking solution and collaborating with a distributed team to deliver high-quality projects while mentoring junior members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a world-class Software-Defined Networking (SDN) based solution that is distributed, resilient, and highly performant for large-scale enterprise deployments
• Adapt best engineering practices, including the creation of functional specs, design documents, and test plans, while maintaining high code hygiene and quality
• Collaborate with a geo-distributed team to own and deliver projects end-to-end with high quality and predictability
• Mentor junior team members and participate in technical knowledge-sharing events, such as tech talks and boot camps
