AlgoShack is a leader in Software Test Automation and AI-Augmented Autonomous Testing, empowering engineering and QA teams at Fortune 500 enterprises. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for decision-makers, building pipeline and articulating AlgoShack's value proposition in AI-driven test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalised multi-touch email sequences, and LinkedIn to engage QA Directors, Engineering Managers, and CTOs at target accounts
- Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and G2 intent data — focusing on companies with active test automation pain points
- Clearly articulate AlgoShack's differentiated value in AI-augmented autonomous testing; handle technical objections confidently with support from Sales Engineering
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using MEDDIC/BANT frameworks and schedule product demos for AlgoShack Account Executives
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of all outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline progression in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to follow up on content downloads, webinar attendees, and event leads from AlgoShack's industry presence
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs: 60–80 touchpoints/day, 3+ email sequences active, and 10–15 qualified meetings booked per month
- Share market intelligence — prospect feedback, objections, competitive insights — with sales leadership to sharpen AlgoShack's messaging
- Participate in weekly sales standups, pipeline reviews, and ongoing enablement sessions on AlgoShack's product roadmap and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on OPT or STEM OPT (valid EAD card required on day one)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to speak to technical and business audiences
- Genuine curiosity about software development, QA, and AI/ML technology
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or strong willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week) from any U.S. location
- Prior internship or work experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or customer-facing technical roles
- Basic understanding of software testing, QA automation, or DevOps concepts (Selenium, CI/CD, Agile)
- Experience using sales engagement platforms: Outreach.io, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar
- Exposure to AI/ML products, developer tools, or enterprise software sales cycles
- STEM degree eligible for 24-month STEM OPT extension
- Multilingual abilities a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, etc.)
