Job Title: Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Consultant

Location: Remote + Travel (travel (Expenses Covered)

Duration: 9 Months+

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation modules.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Compensation solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Compensation (Workforce Compensation, Variable Pay)
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Manage compensation cycles, salary reviews, and bonus plans
• Work with HR and business stakeholders for system enhancements
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and issue resolution

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
• Strong expertise in Compensation modules
• Experience in Workforce Compensation & Variable Pay
• Knowledge of Core HR and HCM processes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
