Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation modules.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Compensation solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Compensation (Workforce Compensation, Variable Pay)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Manage compensation cycles, salary reviews, and bonus plans
- Work with HR and business stakeholders for system enhancements
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and issue resolution
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
- Strong expertise in Compensation modules
- Experience in Workforce Compensation & Variable Pay
- Knowledge of Core HR and HCM processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
