
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead and Developer to join our Technology Services team. In this role, you will lead production support, complex configurations, and system integration updates for our dedicated risk, continuity, and security operations applications. Your mission will be to maintain system health, optimize user workspaces, and ensure high data quality for business stakeholders.
6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and system integrations.
Strong experience working with ServiceNow Workspace and UI Builder.
Proven background in a Computer Science discipline or equivalent professional IT industry experience (7 years preferred).
Willingness to work remotely with flexibility for frequent travel to our Nashville, TN project site.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Policy and Compliance.
Deep technical familiarity with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SecOps).
Prior experience working in an enterprise systems integration environment.
