We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our IT team. An ideal consultant will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into effective IT solutions. The BA will support projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Design: Gather and analyze business requirements to design, develop, and implement IT systems that enhance business performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and present data to support decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline IT operations and workflows. Recommend and implement process enhancements for efficiency and cost savings.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Technology Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant role in IT/software projects.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role within the IT domain.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and project management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
