Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate enterprise-wide leadership development programs and execution
* Manage scheduling operations across tools like Cornerstone, Takeoff, Jira, Outlook, and Excel
* Support program delivery (content, facilitators, communications, and logistics)
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
* Track attendance, enrollment, and reporting for training programs
* Assist with learning campaign communications and audience engagement
* Serve as a central point of contact for the team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Data analysis & reporting: Ability to track program metrics, validate data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Excel proficiency (critical): Reporting, tracking, and data analysis
* Program coordination experience: Scheduling, logistics, delivery support, and multi-region execution
* Strong communication skills: Supporting campaigns, messaging, and coordination across stakeholders
* Highly detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple moving pieces across tools and workflows
* Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (especially calendar management)
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to pull insights from multiple systems and tell a clear story for leadership
* Strong organizational and process optimization skills
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing vendor relationships
* Ability to balance operational execution with strategic insight (forecasting, planning, trend analysis)
* Someone who thrives being the -go-to- person for the team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
