We are seeking a Telecom Inventory Support Consultant with strong experience in Blue Planet Inventory (BPI) and telecom OSS/BSS environments.

 

Responsibilities:
✔ Production support for telecom inventory platforms
✔ Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
✔ Support integrations across telecom inventory systems
✔ Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams
✔ Ensure application availability and performance

 

Required Skills:
✅ Telecom domain expertise
✅ Hands-on experience with Blue Planet Inventory (BPI)
✅ Strong production support and troubleshooting experience

 

Nice to Have:
⭐ ServiceNow
⭐ OSS/BSS ecosystem knowledge
