The ideal candidate will design and implement HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, collaborate with HR stakeholders, and lead end-to-end project delivery.
Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with HR teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate HR processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Provide functional expertise in HRSD design and implementation
- Define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead UAT, end-user training, and documentation for HR solutions
Project Management
- Lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations and enhancements
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communication across HR, IT, and leadership teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, track issues, and ensure smooth delivery
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
