Required Qualifications
Currently authorized to work in the United States as a .
Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce solution delivery, including design, configuration, development, and integration activities.
Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments.

Apex Development
Experience with MuleSoft, RESTful APIs, and middleware integration platforms.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, role-based access control, and compliance standards.
Experience managing Salesforce testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
Experience using Jira, qTest, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Support deployment, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities.
Ensure Salesforce security roles, access controls, and compliance requirements are properly designed and implemented.
Drive Salesforce DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD automation, code quality reviews, and security validation.
Facilitate collaboration across business and technical workstreams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
