Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Finance Specialist to support their financial operations. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing financial models, assessing financial risks, and preparing financial reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and develop robust financial models to support data-driven decision-making processes
• Evaluate and assess financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and financial systems to interpret large volumes of quantitative data efficiently
• Prepare clear and concise financial reports and present findings through compelling written and verbal communication
