Copart, Inc. is a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform globally. They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer service and support to facilitate a unique customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart
- Obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations including residences
- Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner
- Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Perform other office support functions as needed
Requirements:
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed 45WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Occasional overtime as needed
- Bilingual skills a plus
