AdventHealth Colorado is part of a community dedicated to uplifting individuals in body, mind, and spirit. They are seeking a Marketing Projects Manager to provide content direction for marketing channels, manage project timelines, and collaborate with teams to execute marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide content direction for various marketing channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging
- Proofreads marketing content to maintain consistency and correctness across all materials
- Facilitates creative brainstorming sessions if needed to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies
- Coordinates special project assignments within the division to support broader marketing initiatives
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and projects
- Develops and maintains project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of marketing tasks
- Provides regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensures compliance with organizational standards and guidelines in all marketing activities
- Manages relationships with vendors and contractors to support marketing efforts
- Other duties as assigned
- Manages media buying processes to ensure effective and efficient use of marketing budgets
- Oversees the creative process and project management to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, excel under tight deadlines
- Strong project management experience with a results-oriented focus and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects to ensure they meet deadlines and are completed on/under budget
- Organizational, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and manage work of multiple creative staff including graphic designers and a team of freelancers
- Must have experience and hands-on working knowledge of marketing, branding, advertising, and digital platforms; self-starter with integrated marketing skill set and ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to be a team player, consensus builder, persuasive presenter with ability to 'sell' ideas and concepts to key stakeholders, ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy and must be capable and comfortable managing conflict
- Capable of delivering a high level of customer service to internal customers and external strategic partners
- Strong English verbal and written communications – must be a good copywriter and editor with working knowledge of AP writing style
- Ability to create and implement market and business analysis, strategic planning, program management, budget management
- Ability to deploy, implement and measure effectiveness (ROAS) of integrated marketing programs - must understand how to develop performance metrics tracking and create financial ROI on projects
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Reader or Professional
- Bachelor's
- 4+ experience and proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing planning, project management and analysis
- Experience working in a healthcare marketing, advertising agency or strategic and integrated marketing role
- Experience with project management software
- Health care marketing experience
