Electronic Arts (EA) creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. They are seeking a motivated and innovative Software Engineer to develop and extend their CDP Copilot, a framework that enhances game experiences through AI automation.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement the core platform including cloud infrastructure, orchestration, prompt routing, memory/state management, data pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks
- Connect agents to enterprise systems (test management, localization tools, content creation pipelines, and operational data sources)
- Build shared APIs, SDKs, and UI components that allow each CDP function (QVS, Loc, Create, Ops) to create domain-specific copilots efficiently
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate LLMs, fine-tuned models, and retrieval-augmented pipelines into production-ready systems
- Partner closely with Central Development Partners’ tech, operations, and experience design teams to ensure copilots solve real user problems and integrate seamlessly with existing workflows. Collaborate with QA testers and developers to validate tool outputs and refine the generation logic
- Collaborate closely with Central Technology teams at EA to leverage EA standard technologies powering infrastructure and AI inference
- Implement best practices for model routing, performance tracing, safety guardrails, and governance
- Prototype and iterate quickly on new interaction models (chat, voice, or multimodal), incorporating user feedback and usability learnings into future iterations
- Document the tool’s architecture, usage guidelines, and handoff instructions for long-term maintainability
