One Park Financial is a leading provider of financing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, recognized as a top workplace. They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the modernization of their credit decisioning platform, transforming legacy systems and enhancing business processes across key operational areas.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for credit decisioning modernization
- Identify inefficiencies in legacy architecture and build the case for change based on Analytics
- Translate business goals into a clear, prioritized product strategy
- Conduct deep discovery across Document Processing, Pricing, and Final Funding workflows
- Map current-state processes and lead redesign efforts to reduce friction, manual effort, and decisioning time
- Partner with credit, operations, and risk stakeholders to validate pain points and solutions
- Drive automation and intelligence into document intake, classification, and extraction (e.g., bank statements, tax returns, business financials)
- Reduce manual review cycles through OCR, ML, and third-party data integrations
- Re-imagine configurable, transparent pricing workflows that balance risk and competitiveness
- Streamline the final funding process from approval to disbursement
- Identify bottlenecks in stipulation clearing, contract execution, and fund release — and build solutions to resolve them
- Work closely with engineering in an agile environment to deliver iteratively
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of product improvements
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services
- Strong understanding of credit decisioning workflows or small business lending operations
- Experience modernizing legacy systems or leading platform re-architecture initiatives
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams such as credit, risk, ops, engineering
- Excellent communication skills — able to influence without authority
- Exposure to Salesforce and API integrations with credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian), data providers, risk decisioning platforms and/or or open banking platforms (Plaid, DecisionLogic)
- Bachelors or Masters (preferred) in STEM
