Guardz is a company focused on AI innovation in enterprise operations, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, engage prospects, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through creative outbound and inbound strategies, fueling the growth engine
- Engage early-stage prospects, educate them on AI-driven operations, and create excitement about the possibilities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging, handoffs, and outreach strategies
- Capture and share customer feedback with the Product team, helping shape features and improvements based on real insights
- Own your pipeline from lead generation to handoff, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum impact
Requirements:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or SDR roles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
- Are highly organized, proactive, and obsessed with driving results
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, building trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to AI-driven change
