Senior QA Automation Engineer (SEAT Focus) - Remote

SeedTrust Escrow is a fast-growing health-tech group focused on building high-impact software for the assisted reproduction industry. They are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for architecting the End-to-End infrastructure and ensuring the reliability of their platform that handles critical healthcare data.

Responsibilities:

• Architect Automation: Design and implement a scalable End-to-End (E2E) testing framework from scratch using Playwright
• Infrastructure: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, etc.) to ensure zero-regression deployments
• Deep-Dive Debugging: Use Browser DevTools and Postman to perform root-cause analysis on complex platform issues
• Code Collaboration: Work within a Node.js/Next.js environment, reading and understanding application code to ensure maximum test coverage and helping with platform fixes when needed
• Quality Leadership: Transition the team from manual oversight to a sophisticated, automated quality culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Engineering
• Expertise in Playwright (highly preferred) or Cypress
• Strong coding skills in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript. You should feel comfortable navigating a developer's codebase
• Advanced proficiency with Postman for API testing and automation
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows
• English Fluency: Excellent communication skills are required for our global technical environment
• Proactive Mindset: Ability to take ownership as the first QA and build processes where none exist
