Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Public Sector Specialist to analyze public policy documents and provide insights. The role involves interpreting legislation and preparing summaries to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze public policy documents, regulatory frameworks, and government-related materials to provide insights
• Interpret legislation, policies, and compliance requirements across public sector environments to ensure adherence
• Prepare structured summaries and communicate policy-related findings clearly to stakeholders
• Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for policy or workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and documentation initiatives to support project goals
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance within policy-related evaluations to maintain high standards
