Federal Payroll HR IT Subject Matter Experts

Softthink Solutions is seeking experienced Federal Payroll/HR IT Subject Matter Experts to support a federal payroll and human resources information technology environment. The selected candidates will provide expertise in federal payroll operations, HR data management, systems integration, reporting, and application support while working closely with federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support federal payroll and HR information systems operations
• Analyze, validate, and maintain payroll and HR data
• Develop and support integrations, reports, and data interfaces
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployments
• Support SSP documentation and compliance activities
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders, including OPM and IRS interfaces where applicable
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide operational support
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, requirements analysis, and solution design
