Games Factory Talents is a company that builds mobile loyalty and rewards products for gamers. They are seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the design vision and elevate the product design function, focusing on user experience and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead user experience from concept to launch and define the design vision across mobile and web products
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 3 senior product designers
- Build a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Champion design across the organization and establish design-led ways of working
- Drive measurable business outcomes through user-centered design decisions
- Promote and integrate AI-assisted design tools and workflows to improve quality and speed
- Create user-centric experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design features that improve the player journey, game discovery, and loyalty engagement
- Own and evolve the design system and design guidelines
- Ensure consistency across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Apply platform best practices to create intuitive and seamless user experiences
- Translate user research, analytics, and business insights into actionable design concepts
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve design operations and team efficiency
- Establish scalable design processes and workflows
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement
- Stay current with mobile gaming, loyalty, rewards, and digital product trends
- Foster a high-performing design team through coaching, feedback, and career development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading a mobile product design team
- Experience within entertainment, gaming, or other highly engaging consumer products
- Experience scaling or improving established design teams and processes
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful mobile product design work
- Proven expertise in gamification, engagement, and user motivation
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craft
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with loyalty or rewards-based products
- Mobile gaming experience
- Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and the advertising ecosystem
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows
