HENO is a B2B electronic medical records (EMR) platform founded by physical therapists for physical therapists, aiming to streamline practice management. They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness and demand for HENO, requiring strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to propose and refine long- and short-term content strategies that position the brand as an authority on PT practice growth and business-related content
- Case Study Production: Manage the end-to-end creation and publication of case studies, including content selection, video production, and editing
- Constantly perform analysis on marketing and business development campaigns to improve future campaign effectiveness
- Social Media Management: Develop and draft social media content to position HENO as a PT industry leader with our peers. Utilizing our unique position, as the founders also own 3 physical therapy clinics, and understand firsthand what our customers are feeling
- Live and recorded events: Plan content for and and run digital events, such as webinars, roundtable discussions and podcast episodes
- Longform Content Creation: Plan and produce high-quality PDF/longform content, such as industry reports and surveys. Strategize and execute distribution efforts to maximize engagement
- Blog Management: Utilize social engagement and SEO tools to guide blog content creation. Develop, assign, and edit editorial and product-related content that aligns with the overall content strategy
- Testimonial Management: Conduct monthly reviews of client testimonials and select which ones to publish across the website and other platforms. Additionally, reach back out to contacts to leave reviews of our platform on a monthly basis
- Industry Immersion: Continuously seek out industry knowledge to inform content creation and ensure its relevance and accuracy
- Email Communication: Research current customer base and HENO optional add-ons to plan and execute campaigns for adoption of unused features. Plan and draft emails to distribute content and earn trust amongst customers
- Plan and execute physical events to promote HENO, increase awareness and grow our reputation as a thought leader within the EMR space
- Conference planning, collaboration and execution - minimum 2x/year
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Business results oriented
- Be able to own the execution of multiple project types from start to finish
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- The ability and flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity and strong sense of ethics must be integral to this person's character
- Ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and others central to the company's business
- Experience in the healthcare software industry and/or outpatient rehab
