Principal Software Engineer, AI

SalesLoft is a rapidly growing technology company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, focused on enhancing the sales engagement experience. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams in developing impactful software while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage teams of engineers to create impactful software
• Conduct weekly or bi-monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide feedback and mentorship
• Conduct quarterly reviews and assist in the promotion process for team members
• Support the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
• Assist with customer escalations and drive urgency in resolving issues
• Support department initiatives and create a collaborative environment
• Lead development teams and drive accountability and ownership within the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years in the software field
• 2+ years of people management
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
