The Enterprise Business Development Executive will focus on driving enterprise growth by identifying and engaging Fortune 500 organizations to build and scale IT asset disposition programs, emphasizing sustainability and business value.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage large enterprise organizations (10K+ employees) through cold outreach, events, and targeted campaigns
- Leverage tools like ZoomInfo and industry insights to build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Position the value of ITAD programs—including cost optimization, compliance, and sustainability impact
- Build relationships with IT, procurement, and finance leaders responsible for asset lifecycle and refresh strategies
- Identify whitespace opportunities and bring net-new partners into the ITAD ecosystem
- Use Xvantage™ data and analytics to uncover opportunities and guide partner adoption
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate deal velocity and customer onboarding
Requirements:
- Proven success in hunter/outbound sales or business development roles
- Experience selling into large enterprise organizations (Fortune 500 or similar)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, asset lifecycle, or technology solutions
- Ability to confidently engage technical and business stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills—you build trust quickly and influence decisions
- Comfortable learning new platforms and translating complex concepts into value-driven messaging
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, build-mode environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a similar role
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
