Storylane is a demo automation software company that has rapidly grown from $0 to over $10M ARR. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is motivated to drive new pipeline through outreach and connect with sales and marketing leaders while collaborating directly with the founder to refine messaging and build a repeatable sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, reaching senior stakeholders in marketing and sales
- Use calls, email, LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, and other outbound tools
- Test scripts, openers, objections, and account lists every week
- Track your numbers: dials, connects, conversations, meetings booked, show rate, and qualified held demos
- Surface market feedback from every conversation
- Help build the outbound playbook for future SDRs
Requirements:
- 1+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, recruiting, door-to-door, fundraising, or other high-rejection experience
- A willingness to make 200+ dials per day
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High energy and high urgency
- The ability to follow a process, track numbers, and improve every week
- Ready to travel to conference/events and book meetings
- Comfortable working in person from South bay area (San Jose) - 5 days a week
- Remote is ok if you are exceptional and can show it worked
