Manager, Data Science

Engine is transforming business travel into a personalized and rewarding experience. They are seeking a Manager of Data Science to lead a team of data scientists in executing their AI roadmap, focusing on developing scalable machine learning solutions that impact pricing, personalization, and fraud detection.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models—from data exploration and prototyping to deployment and monitoring
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate complex business problems into actionable data science projects
• Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and model validation; conduct rigorous peer reviews
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of new features
• Work with Data Engineering to ensure our data pipelines and infrastructure support high-velocity model iteration
• Communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data insights drive day-to-day business decisions
