Lead Product Designer, AI & Analytics

Klaviyo is a company that empowers creators by making first-party data accessible and actionable. They are seeking a Lead Product Designer to help shape the future of their platform, focusing on simplifying complex systems and improving usability for personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to get design projects prioritized, shipped, and delivering measurable results
• Lead and coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Create design flows, prototypes, sketches, and polished UI
• Facilitate design critiques and provide constructive feedback as a design leader
• Drive process improvements across the design lifecycle
• Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up
• Adapt the design process to support cross-functional problem solving
• Contribute to design culture and team growth, including interviewing and mentoring
