VMware and networking systems admin

• 5+ years of experience in VMware administration and network systems administration
• Strong experience with VMware technologies:
  • vSphere
  • vCenter
  • vSAN
  • NSX
  • VCF
  • Log Insight
• Experience managing physical and virtual servers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat, and Linux operating systems
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure
• Skills in system optimization, patch management, upgrades, and lifecycle planning
• Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Active Directory
  • DHCP
  • DNS
• Experience with data backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to provide after-hours support and respond to critical system issues when needed
