ApprentiScope is a leading workforce-management platform focused on Registered Apprenticeship programs. The Growth Marketing Manager will partner with the CEO to build and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline and establish category authority while serving as a key member of the go-to-market team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategy (paid, organic, email, events) to drive qualified pipeline
- Optimize the funnel from anonymous visitor → MQL → SQL in partnership with BDRs and sales
- Build and refine marketing automation, nurturing, and segmentation programs
- Own pipeline reporting: dashboards, funnel insights, ROI analysis, and lead-quality tracking
- Own the marketing tech stack: automation, CRM alignment, analytics, attribution
- Build scalable processes for scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign ops
- Develop content strategy that establishes ApprentiScope as the authoritative voice in apprenticeship management
- Produce or manage high-value content including videos, eBooks, case studies, guides, webinars, and blogs
- Build SEO and AEO authority by strengthening domain authority, keyword coverage, and organic visibility
- Support sales enablement with content, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and one-pagers
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in demand generation roles at early-stage or small software companies (seed through Series B)
- Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline
- Hands-on execution experience across multiple marketing disciplines: paid media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, marketing automation, and campaign analytics
- Deep familiarity with the marketing stack: HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid search/social platforms
- Content creation skills: Ability to write compelling, outcome-focused messaging for different audiences
- Data-driven mindset: You measure everything, optimize relentlessly, and can articulate marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality: You identify opportunities, build plans, and execute without waiting for direction
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in environments where you need to figure things out, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly
