Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 4 to manage and deliver critical infrastructure required to operate data centers. The role involves executing easement agreements and supporting infrastructure development needed for data center construction and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-team delivery of power, water, and fiber easements
- Negotiate terms with landowners
- Work with teams across the US to manage external stakeholder risk
Requirements:
- Strong experience in right-of-way negotiations and easement execution
- Drive cross-team delivery of power, water, and fiber easements
- Negotiate terms with landowners
- Work with teams across the US to manage external stakeholder risk
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with project management of external suppliers negotiating easements
- Ability to research new markets and engage with site selection to de-risk easement delivery
- Experience managing internal/external legal counsel workflow to ensure swift execution of easement agreements
