Developer/DevOps Engineer

Cubes Infotech is seeking a skilled and proactive Developer / DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. The role involves both software development and infrastructure management, focusing on automation, cloud technologies, and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and backend services
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure and production environments
• Automate development, deployment, and operational processes to improve system reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and release cycles
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and deployment-related issues
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and configuration management tools
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal operations
• Participate in system architecture planning, technical discussions, and code reviews
• Research and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance development and operations processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development, DevOps, cloud engineering, or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and system administration
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation is an advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
