Rubrik is a leading company at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. They are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to focus on growing their strategic Industry Product Marketing business, responsible for executing go-to-market programs and collaborating with various teams to effectively bring Rubrik's story to market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful product messaging and positioning that communicates Rubrik's value proposition effectively to Industry IT and Security Leaders
- Work with the product, sales, and broader marketing teams to create and execute successful GTM plans for new launches and product updates for Rubrik’s industry solutions
- Produce a variety of content, including sales enablement tools, product collateral, customer case studies, webinars, blogs, and whitepapers
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points specific to industries to inform messaging, product roadmap, and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop training materials, battlecards, and product demonstrations to empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell Rubrik's industry solutions
- Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to gather customer insights, use cases, and feedback to refine product messaging and build customer advocacy
- Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with product and business goals for industries
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS environments with a focus on industry product marketing, particularly in the public sector, healthcare, or financial services markets
- Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, market dynamics, and customer challenges
- Proven track record in developing compelling product messaging and sales enablement content
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data and customer insights to inform strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
