Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. As a Product Manager for Camunda 8 self-managed service, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for how customers install, configure, and operate Camunda 8 in their own environments, impacting customer experience and company strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements focused on improving the Camunda product portfolio
- Manage community, customer, partner, and internal feedback with an emphasis on successfully driving innovation to improve our customers experience with Camunda’s self-managed service
- Fully evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests
- Keep the self-managed team equipped to work on the appropriate epics
- Continuous assessment of Camunda demand, market differentiation and the competitive landscape as well as close collaboration with our Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Field teams
Requirements:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product
- Experience working with platform products available both as SaaS and on-premises
- Experience working with IT platforms in banking, financial services, and insurance sector
