Hitachi Energy is a company that fosters innovation and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Customer Service Export Specialist to support international customers and deliver cost-competitive solutions for foreign contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Use Hitachi tools and processes for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics
- Invoice customers in accordance with INCO terms
- Manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment
- Expedite documentation such as import/export licenses and letters of credit
- Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance
- Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism
- SAP experience is a plus
