FlairX is a global analytics services and solutions company specializing in Data Visualization, Data Management, Advanced Analytics, Big Data, and Machine Learning. As a Senior Client Partner - BFSI, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and account expansion across strategic US Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients, while ensuring high client satisfaction and strong delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue, cross-sell, upsell, and whitespace expansion across existing BFSI accounts
- Expand our footprint across client business units, geographies, and executive sponsors
- Build and execute multi-year growth roadmaps that scale account revenue, margin, and strategic relevance
- Balance growth, profitability, and long-term account sustainability across large enterprise relationships
- Grow large, strategic BFSI accounts with a clear focus on revenue growth, expansion, and long-term account scaling
- Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, including opportunity identification, solution shaping, pricing strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies aligned with client business priorities and our BFSI portfolio growth goals
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline and consistently deliver year-over-year revenue, ACV, and margin growth across assigned accounts
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and revenue leader for assigned BFSI clients
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to CIOs, CDOs, CROs, CHROs, Chief Digital Officers, and C-suite stakeholders
- Expand executive sponsorship and influence across multiple buying centers to unlock new growth opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of client business models, regulatory landscape, and transformation agendas to proactively identify expansion opportunities
- Identify, design, and shape high-impact, revenue-driving initiatives across the BFSI value chain, including: Retail, commercial, and corporate banking, Payments and cards, Risk, compliance, fraud, and financial crime, Credit underwriting and portfolio management, Customer analytics, personalization, and digital channels, Insurance underwriting, claims, pricing, and actuarial analytics
- Translate complex business needs into scalable analytics, data, and AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Lead executive-level pitches, proposals, and value narratives that clearly articulate ROI and growth impact
- Act as the senior escalation point to ensure strong executive confidence and long-term account stability
- Ensure delivery excellence while identifying follow-on and expansion opportunities within ongoing programs
- Drive renewals, multi-year extensions, scope expansions, and enterprise-wide deal conversions
- Stay ahead of BFSI trends, regulatory changes, and emerging analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI use cases to proactively create new revenue opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to shape offerings, IP, accelerators, and go-to-market strategies aligned to BFSI growth priorities
- Represent us as a senior thought leader in client forums, executive briefings, and strategic discussions
- Own and manage account-level KPIs, including revenue growth, pipeline conversion, margin performance, and client satisfaction
- Conduct executive account reviews, forecast accurately, and define aggressive but achievable growth and expansion targets
- Contribute to overall BFSI portfolio growth, market expansion, and strategic account planning initiatives
Requirements:
- 12–15+ years of experience in consulting, IT services, analytics, or technology services
- Proven success driving revenue growth and expansion within large, complex, multi-million-dollar BFSI accounts
- Strong understanding of analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation in regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and manage complex enterprise stakeholders
- Consistent track record of scaling accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic expansion
- Flexibility to travel as needed to support strategic client engagements
- Deep domain expertise in one or more BFSI segments: Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance
- Experience leading large deal pursuits, renewals, multi-year programs, and enterprise-scale growth initiatives
- Strong executive presence with excellent consulting, negotiation, and communication skills
