Lettuce Financial is an all-in-one platform designed for solopreneurs, contractors, and freelancers, aiming to simplify tax optimization and provide clarity for independent professionals. The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product-led growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product-led growth strategy, working across product, design, engineering, and marketing to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance, design experiments, and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps focused on growth opportunities, prioritize features, and coordinate cross-functional execution from discovery through launch
- Translate user insights into clear problem statements, define success metrics, and report on performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate on positioning, messaging, and onboarding flows to ensure that product experiences align with customer needs and business goals
Requirements:
- Strong product strategy and execution skills, including building prototypes and tinkering with code, with experience owning features from discovery to delivery
- Hands-on growth expertise, with a track record of running experiments and improving acquisition, activation, and retention
- User-centric problem-solving abilities leveraging Design Thinking to translate insights into intuitive, conversion-focused experiences
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including comfort with analytics tools, defining KPIs, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional, remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Background in fintech, tax, accounting, or products for independent workers is a plus
