Senior Software Development Engineer

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will design and implement digital solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance software applications and collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions and systems
• Applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications
• Conduct system testing and debugging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL
• 3+ years of experience designing, building, and testing REST API's and microservices
• 3+ years of experience with unit and integration test frameworks like Jest and Mocha
• 2+ years experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud systems
• 1+ year of experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and other generative AI systems
• Bachelor's degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
• Thoughtful approach to CI/CD concepts using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other pipelines
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Experience in Microservice and Serverless Architectures
• Experience in open source frameworks
• Experience in Agile practices
