Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions and is seeking an Account Development Executive (Outside Sales) in Brooklyn. The role involves recruiting local businesses for a new delivery program, managing pipelines, and presenting program opportunities to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted areas of Brooklyn and Bronx
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest
- Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings
- Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of field sales experience
- CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred
- Bilingual abilities are necessary, with demand for Spanish and Mandarin
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Field sales experience is mandatory
- Reliable transportation is a must for commuting within Brooklyn
