About this roleJob Summary We are seeking an AI UX Human-Centered Designer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create meaningful, user-centered digital experiences. This role will focus on aligning user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities through research, experience design, usability evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Human-Centered Design (HCD), experience working within Agile environments, and a passion for exploring AI-enabled tools and experiences while maintaining a strong focus on usability and user value. Key Responsibilities Conduct ongoing user research to identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities that inform product and experience strategies. Develop and maintain personas, journey maps, experience frameworks, and other user-centered design artifacts. Support the development of experience roadmaps by connecting user insights, business priorities, and technical constraints. Partner with stakeholders to establish experience goals, success metrics, and strategic direction. Plan, facilitate, and execute usability testing sessions, design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. Analyze user experience challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that improve usability and engagement. Support discovery, research, and validation activities for both short-term initiatives and long-term strategic planning. Translate research findings into clear guidance, design recommendations, and experience improvements. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, designers, and software engineers to ensure successful implementation of user-centered solutions. Serve as a liaison between business, design, and development teams to improve communication and alignment. Present research findings, recommendations, and design insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Explore and evaluate emerging tools, methodologies, and AI-enabled workflows that enhance research, design, and collaboration. Stay informed on evolving AI technologies and their impact on user experience design and digital products. Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, research practices, and user experience methodologies. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-Centered Design, Digital Strategy, Business, Design, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, product design, digital strategy, human-centered design, or user research roles. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with AI-enabled tools, AI-powered experiences, or AI-related design initiatives. Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research. Experience creating and utilizing personas, journey maps, research findings, and experience frameworks. Experience supporting both strategic initiatives and hands-on design and research activities. Proficiency with Figma for collaborative design, design reviews, and experience documentation. Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile project management tools. Experience working within Agile and sprint-based delivery environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within a defined problem space. Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing AI-powered user experiences, intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, or AI-enhanced digital products. Familiarity with AI-assisted design, research, synthesis, or productivity tools. Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and collaborative design activities. Experience working in enterprise, digital transformation, or customer experience initiatives. Knowledge of usability testing methodologies, accessibility principles, and user-centered evaluation techniques. Experience translating research insights into product strategies and experience roadmaps. Understanding of emerging trends in AI, UX research, and digital experience design.
