Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Build and manage client relationships across multiple industries
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → closing → account growth
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and meet revenue goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of staffing or recruiting agency sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of business development and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
