DigniFi is a mission-driven company focused on providing Point-of-Sale financing solutions to auto dealers and service centers. The Product Manager will own a key product domain, driving feature development and long-term product strategy while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of product solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with data/engineering team to establish and measure key performance metrics for implemented product solutions. Also develop long term strategies to improve and optimize
- Primary owner of assigned product domain (ex: dealer, consumer, partner, internal, etc) - assessing market needs and business value to meet organization goals
- Work with internal stakeholders (ex: Risk, Compliance, Servicing, etc) on project alignment and requirements
- Track progress against plan and resolve any variances as soon as they are identified
- Prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience
- Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs and coordinating projects across teams and organizations
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to create a compelling product vision and to drive data-driven product decisions
- Entrepreneurial experience building products from 0-1
- Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
- Sound understanding of payment technology, and APIs development, including RESTful API and JSON
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fin-tech and / or big tech experience preferred
