Project Manager

Viz.ai is the leader in building and deploying AI-powered Care Pathways and helping doctors do their work. The company is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage the installation of their products at customer facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support concurrent implementation projects
• Utilize standard project documentation and tracking
• Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations
• Conduct client-facing training sessions in-person and remotely
• Provide regular reporting on project status, deliverables, risks and issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years medical software and system implementation experience
• Knowledge of DICOM and networking standards, as well as hospital workflows
• Experience with leveraging AI tools / solutions to increase job output efficiency and repetitive task automation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfortable in a client-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline, information systems and/or equivalent knowledge and experience is required
• Travel up to 15% of the time, project-dependent
