Business Analytics Manager

C-Vision Inc. is seeking a Business Analytics Manager who will partner with business stakeholders to translate challenges into actionable analytics solutions. The role involves delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), developing data solutions, and driving the adoption of analytics across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable analytics solution
• Drive use cases focused on revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficiency
• Align all data initiatives with business KPIs and decision-making goals
• Act as a strategic advisor on data utilization
• Deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) rapidly to validate value
• Prioritize speed-to-insight and iterative improvement
• Break complex initiatives into incremental deliverables
• Remove delivery bottlenecks and ensure execution momentum
• Balance quick wins with long-term scalability
• Design and develop datasets, models, and dashboards using Advanced SQL
• Python / PySpark
• Power BI (including DAX)
• Build prototypes and analytical models for real business problems
• Review and guide technical work across team
• Ensure solutions are both technically robust and business-relevant
• Utilize modern data platforms: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake), Azure Data Lake (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Align solutions with architecture standards while maintaining speed
• Support transition from legacy systems (SSIS/SQL Server)
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions across business teams
• Communicate insights and value in business terms
• Enable and train users on data tools and dashboards
• Influence stakeholders to adopt data-driven decision-making
• Lead cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, BI Developers)
• Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and business focus
• Mentor team members on technical and business skills
• Align team deliverables with organizational priorities

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years in Data, Analytics, or Data Engineering role
• Proven experience translating business needs into analytics solution
• Expertise in SQL (performance optimization, complex transformations)
• Strong experience in Python / PySpark
• Advanced Power BI skills (including DAX)
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Stack (ADF, Databricks, ADLS)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and solution design
• Experience delivering MVP and iterative solutions
• Experience in ERP or manufacturing environment
• Experience with data platform migrations (SSIS → Azure/Databricks)
• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Familiarity with Agile / Product-based delivery model
• Exposure to DataOps and CI/CD practices
