Samay Consulting is partnering with a leading healthcare and higher education organization in San Francisco that recently implemented Oracle Fusion and is expanding its ERP team. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Financials, where you will analyze processes, configure the system, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional analysis and configuration across the core Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM)
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
- Lead fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be process design, conference room pilots (CRPs), regression testing, data validation, and issue triage
- Act as the primary bridge between Finance, IT, and Oracle Support to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
Requirements:
- In-depth, hands-on functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Strong experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP through configuration, testing, and ongoing enhancements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with a proven ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of related ERP and finance experience
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher
- Oracle Cloud certifications, PMP, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma
