Pavago is hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to own the launch strategy and execution for two upcoming SaaS products. This role requires a hands-on approach to product launch, beta user acquisition, and developing effective positioning and messaging, all while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the complete go-to-market strategy for: Product A, Product B
- Build launch plans from the ground up: Positioning, Messaging, Acquisition strategy, Launch sequencing, User onboarding
- Personally execute launch initiatives instead of delegating execution
- Continuously refine launch strategy based on user feedback and performance data
- Apply learnings from Product A to improve the launch of Product B
- Identify and recruit beta users for early product validation
- Execute outbound outreach through: LinkedIn, Email, Communities, Founder networks, Partnerships
- Build relationships with early adopters and gather actionable feedback
- Create systems for onboarding, engagement, and retention during beta stages
- Develop compelling positioning that clearly communicates product value
- Craft messaging tailored to: ICPs, Buyer pain points, Use cases, Market segments
- Create clear, conversion-focused narratives that drive engagement and adoption
- Continuously test and refine messaging based on market feedback
- Create and manage: Landing pages, Email sequences, Product launch campaigns, Waitlists, Onboarding flows, Product announcements
- Write high-converting: Copy, CTAs, Email campaigns, User onboarding sequences
- Coordinate launch execution across stakeholders and partners
- Document: Launch strategies, Campaign learnings, Messaging tests, Acquisition channels, Conversion insights
- Build repeatable GTM systems and playbooks for future launches
- Improve launch speed, efficiency, and scalability over time
- Successful launch execution for both SaaS products

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an early GTM hire (employee #1–5 preferred)
- Experience launching at least one B2B SaaS product end-to-end
- 4–8 years of experience across: Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, GTM Strategy, Product Launches
- Strong hands-on execution ability across: Campaigns, Copywriting, Outreach, Launch strategy
- Experience building: Launch systems, Playbooks, Repeatable workflows
- Ability to multitask across multiple growth initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in venture-backed or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments
- Experience working directly with founders or executive teams
- Exposure to: SaaS growth loops, User onboarding, Lifecycle marketing, Community-led growth
- Experience with tools like: HubSpot, Apollo, Webflow, Notion, GA4, Mixpanel
