Navixus, formerly known as Eventus Solutions Group, is seeking an Associate Vice President of Sales and Business Development for their Contract Center as a Service (CCaaS) division. The role involves generating revenue, identifying opportunities, and developing new client relationships while focusing on CCaaS and AI solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generating revenue and identifying opportunities
- Qualifying leads and developing new clients across various industries
- Owning your book of business
- Driving proposal creation and strategy
- Participating in conferences and industry events
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of CCaaS sales experience for the call center industry
- Enterprise sales experience (contact center size 1000+ agent/seats)
- Experience in selling consulting or professional
- Must have experience selling 2M dollars plus deals (total contract value)
- Understanding of CCaaS space and key competitors in the marketplace
- Experience pricing deals and working with the organization to structure deals
- RFP and RFI experience
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint (well versed in crafting presentation slide decks and delivering presentations)
- Ability to travel up to 25% + to engage with current Clients and perspective Clients
- Vertical preferences healthcare, telecom, financial services, insurance, and retail
